Royal Vienna Style Cobalt Blue Gold Porcelain Urn Vase 5 1/4" Antique c1900

An elegant miniature porcelain urn in the Royal Vienna style, featuring a deep cobalt blue glaze, elaborate raised gold decoration, and a finely painted pastoral landscape scene. The central oval reserve depicts a picturesque riverside setting with distant architecture, mountains, and trees, surrounded by intricate gilt scrollwork.

The urn features two graceful scrolling handles, a narrow neck, a pedestal stem, and a stepped square base. Its rich cobalt and gold coloring reflects the decorative tastes of late Victorian and Edwardian European porcelain.

The underside bears a blue beehive-style mark associated with Royal Vienna-style porcelain. This mark was widely reproduced by later manufacturers and does not, by itself, establish production by the original Vienna Imperial Porcelain Manufactory.

The urn displays light wear to the gold decoration, particularly on the handles, rim, pedestal, and base, along with minor surface wear consistent with age and handling.
