The ornate molded form and floral decoration are characteristic of German export porcelain made for the American market around the turn of the 20th century.
The underside carries the green WHEELOCK / GERMANY crown-and-flags mark. Wheelock was an American importer and distributor rather than the actual porcelain manufacturer; Wheelock sourced porcelain from several German and Austrian factories. Period references associate some Wheelock-marked porcelain with Reinhold Schlegelmilch production, closely related stylistically to R.S. Prussia wares.
Thousand Islands Life
Condition

Good antique condition with age-related wear and loss to the gold gilding around the rim, handles, and raised molded areas.
