Authentic 19th-century Early American Pattern Glass goblet in the classic Huber, also known as Straight Huber, pattern, dating approximately to the 1860s–1870s.
This attractive clear pressed-glass goblet features the distinctive Huber design of strong vertical flutes or panels running around the bowl. The panels form pointed divisions immediately below the rim, while the lower bowl flows into a short paneled stem and broad circular foot. The simple geometric treatment is characteristic of early American pressed table glass produced during the Victorian period.
